ITSM System Administrator/Developer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Develop sustainable solutions for IT service management at WWK. Contribute your IT expertise. As a System Administrator/Developer (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the operation and further development of our ITSM system. You will combine technical know with analytical thinking and actively contribute to the secure, efficient, and future-oriented development of our IT processes in accordance with ITIL. You will work closely with our departments, service providers, and partners.

• Planning, implementation, and coordination of release and maintenance activities.
• Identifying, evaluating, and implementing optimization potential in existing systems.
• Designing and developing modules, components, and interfaces in accordance with functional requirements.
• Acting as a contact person for technical and functional requirements as well as for problems within the ITSM framework.
• Introduction, evaluation, and further development of security measures as well as access and authorization concepts.
• Detailed analysis of malfunctions, development of options for action, and escalation of malfunction reports.
• Creation and maintenance of system-specific documentation.
• Introduction and continuous development of ITIL processes in ITSM.

Your skills:

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) and/or a degree in the IT field
• Experience in the ITIL environment, ITIL4 Foundation desirable.
• Several years of professional experience in the IT environment with good knowledge of MSSQL, Java, and Jasper Reports.
• Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking.
• Willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with tools, systems, and processes and to actively develop them further
• Interest in project work and in taking on responsibility
• Very good communication skills and a strong service mindset
• Very good German language skills (at least level C1)
