For our partner company based in Hamburg-Altona , we are looking for an IT Technician (m / f / d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

In this position you will ensure a stable system landscape for different customer environments. In detail, you will support our partner's customers both remotely and on-site in the areas of client hardware, notebooks and peripheral devices.

A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks

• Ensuring smooth IT operations remotely and on-site at the customer's premises
• Comprehensive support for hardware and software, including installation and dismantling
• Installation and configuration of images and applications
• Independent processing of incoming support tickets from receipt to resolution
• Maintenance of asset databases and documentation of the system landscape
• Operational support for the IT team and active involvement in internal projects

Your profile

• Knowledge of the administration of current Windows operating systems
• Technical understanding of common client hardware, notebooks and peripheral devices
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Independent, structured way of working, coupled with a high level of initiative
• Existing class B driving license for flexible assignments
