We are hiring a

IT Support Technician II (m/f/d) – Hechingen, Germany

Your Strength

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience in a business environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS
• Experience with Microsoft Office/M365 platform, including administration
• Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, mobile devices, and network infrastructure
• Experience with Web- and Video-conferencing platforms (e.g., Cisco Webex, MS Teams)
• Familiarity with MDM tools like InTune and JAMF
• Experience supporting ticket systems and managing incident resolution
• Ability to manage audio/visual systems, PBX, cloud calling, and voice mail (a plus)
• Good understanding of cybersecurity guidelines and practices
• Fluent in German and good English skills (B2 level)
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Your Contribution

• Provide 1st–3rd line technical support to end users in a multi-site, international environment
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, mobile devices, printers, A/V, and phone systems
• Install and maintain software packages and system images (Intune, Jamf)
• Support onboarding of new employees and conduct IT training
• Record all support incidents and manage tickets in the helpdesk system
• Collaborate closely with global IT teams, vendors, and contractors
• Participate in global IT support projects and contribute to process improvements
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and user guides
• Ensure accurate inventory and lifecycle management of hardware and software assets
