Your tasks
- Analysis and requirements analysis. Examination of existing SCM processes and workflows as well as collection of technical requirements from purchasing, logistics, import, QA, finance and IT.
- Design and system selection. Creation of the target architecture and integration concepts (e.g., ERP, transport, product data, CSR) as well as participation in tendering and vendor evaluation.
- Implementation and rollout. Supporting the introduction of the SCM platform including migration, testing, training and change management to ensure a scalable and process-integrated solution.
- Operational responsibility and service management. Ensuring stable operations, coordination of internal and external partners and responsibility for incident, problem and change processes.
- Compliance and performance monitoring. Checking data quality, interface availability, authorizations and compliance with defined SLAs as well as monitoring performance and system stability.
- Further development and process integration. Initiating automation and optimization, integrating the platform into other business processes and supporting the specialist departments in the digital transformation.
Your profile
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, retail or comparable training.
- You have several years of professional experience in IT service or application management, ideally related to supply chain or retail.
- Good knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL and in dealing with ticket and monitoring systems.
- Technical understanding of interfaces, data flows and processes in ERP and SCM landscapes.
- Experience in working with software manufacturers and external service providers.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting or data analysis is desirable.
- You are characterized by your strong communication skills as well as your structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
