In our IT Transformation & Country Management division of Zeppelin GmbH at our location in Garching near Munich, we are currently looking for a “Process Manager (m/f/d)” in the Demand, Portfolio and Service Management department.
In your role as "IT Process Manager (m/f/d) in our Demand, Portfolio, and Service Management department", you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our IT processes. Your main responsibilities will include:
Analyzing and Optimizing Workflows: Evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Design and implement new or improved processes that enhance demand, portfolio, and service management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and provide expert support throughout the process lifecycle. Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
Driving Implementation: Lead cross-functional teams to roll out new processes, ensuring smooth adoption and effective change management across the organization.
Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor portfolio performance, and regularly report governance metrics to management.
Documentation and Standards: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes, standards, and procedures to ensure transparency and compliance.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence within the IT Transformation & Country Management division.

Educational Background: Completed degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Process & IT Expertise: Solid knowledge of IT governance, process modeling (e.g., BPMN, Signavio), and service design methodologies.
Analytical Strength: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and develop effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into requirements.
Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with modern collaboration and project management tools (e.g., MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, PlanView).
Languages: Very good knowledge of both German and English, written and spoken.
Initiative & Adaptability: Proactive mindset, willingness to drive change, and openness to continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
Experience in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
Familiarity with digital transformation projects or agile methodologies
