We are looking for a seasoned IT Business Relationship Manager specializing in Supply Chain.

This senior position within the organization is responsible for Business Relationship Management for Core Diagnostics IT Supply Chain.

The role ensures that the system portfolio aligns with organizational strategy through the successful, consistent, and predictable delivery of programs, projects, and applications for our Supply Chain site in Wiesbaden, Germany.

The BRM works directly with business clients to understand their processes and translate needs into IT opportunities. You will collaborate with the business to develop investment roadmaps and Supply Chain strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

• Deep understanding of business processes, strategy, and a global perspective.
• Partner with business to understand and influence business strategy. Regularly interact with leadership to communicate IT updates and understand needs.
• Translate business needs into user and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with BTS Delivery and external vendors to deliver IT solutions within budget, timeline, and service level agreements.
• Review IT Statements of Work to ensure clarity of business needs and address any misalignments in estimates.
• Support cross-divisional initiatives and explore IT synergies and efficiencies.
• Champion change and innovation, fostering creativity and openness to new ideas.
• Manage IT budgets, project expenditures, and ROI, seeking cost reduction opportunities.
• Lead people management and capacity planning, establishing staffing and sourcing strategies.
• Manage issues, risks, and decision-making processes effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels and with external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant healthcare discipline.
• 8+ years of IT experience in Supply Chain within large or midsized multinational organizations.
• Experience leading teams with both direct and indirect responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proven leadership, self-direction, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs successfully.
• Experience in setting IT strategy and aligning IT with business needs.
• Managed project portfolios ranging from $1MM to $10MM.
• Understanding of the full software lifecycle, including privacy and security considerations.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Ability to collaborate with business leaders and innovate solutions for business enhancements.
• Effective working relationships with management up to Division Directors and VPs.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Execution Systems such as POMS, Scheduling tools, Agile, Cloud, and Cybersecurity is a plus.
