UVC Partners is looking for a full-time Investment Associate Growth.

Deine Aufgaben

• As an Investment Associate Growth, you’re involved in all critical processes of our venture firm, andyou’ll be a key person in driving forward our growth investment business
• You’ll oversee investment processes from sourcing to closing
• You’ll be leading due diligence processes, developing investment theses and preparing investment committee decisions
• You’ll be monitoring and supporting portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, follow‑on rounds, and exit preparation
• You’re going to build and expand your own network for deal flow sourcing

Dein Profil

• You have an excellent academic background from leading universities
• You collected 1–3 years of relevant experience in growth investment, investment banking or deal advisory services
• You are deeply passionate about startups & scale‑ups, technology, and innovation
• You find it easy to apply first‑principles thinking and have strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and profound technical understanding
• You have a high level of intellectual curiosity as well as a self‑starter and growth mindset
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German is a plus
