Human Resources Representative (m / f / d)

Role Overview

As an HR Representative, you will collaborate with the local People Business Partner and support EMEA People teams and international contacts to manage operational tasks across the entire HR value chain. You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to employees and managers at our two Munich office sites, ensuring high-quality service and a consistent, outstanding team member experience.

Responsibilities
  1. HR Administration: Responsible for HR administration including employment contracts, personnel files, absence management, company declarations, insurance statements, and other documents. Support EIBT program with crafting plugs.
  2. HR Processes: Support HR processes and programs throughout the employee lifecycle while innovating existing processes.
  3. Benefits Administration: Handle employee benefits programs including health insurance, local company plans, and leave policies. Provide support to the team and leaders on these programs.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Act as the point of contact for questions related to social security laws and regulations in Germany.
  5. Vendor Management: Maintain effective relationships with company vendors and advise them of any changes to team members' employment status.
  6. HR Projects: Participate in national and international HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and coordinate with HR departments to deliver excellent customer service.
  8. Technological Proficiency: Master HRIS (Workday) and other internal tools to provide accurate data and support process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or SHRM-CP/SCP or HR Specialist IHK with relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist in an international high-tech company.
  • Deep understanding of operational HR processes across the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, development, and retention.
  • Strong knowledge of German social security laws; familiarity with other European countries is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Workday), MS Outlook, MS Office, and other digital tools.
  • Data-driven, well-organized, with attention to detail and timely follow-up.
  • Business proficiency in German and English.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to manage a diverse workforce and promote inclusivity.
  • Knowledge of German labor laws; familiarity with UK, France, and Italy laws is advantageous.
