YOUR TASKS

As an HR Manager with a focus on global HR responsibilities and projects at the HELLA Corporate Center, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global HR strategy and driving impactful transformation across the organization.

  • You will define annual HR objectives, set relevant KPIs, and oversee comprehensive HR reporting to support strategic steering and operational transparency
  • You will shape and execute our global talent development programs, succession planning, and retention - ensuring sustainable growth and organizational resilience
  • You will support the budgeting and strategic planning process and use real-time performance tracking systems, enabling data-driven decisions and measurable business impact
  • You will design and implement structured approaches to transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering cultural evolution
  • You will initiate, manage, and deliver complex cross-functional HR projects with international scope, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and driving innovation in HR practices
Your Qualifications
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Min. 7 years of professional HR experience with strong exposure to all HR domains, ideally within a global or multinational organization
  • Excellent communication & project management skills with the ability to engage and inspire various target groups
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills & team spirit
  • English fluent
