Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who want to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany.

Position Details:
  • Title: Housing Office Administrator / Inspector
  • Location: USAG Stuttgart - Panzer Kaserne, Böblingen, Germany
  • Start date: Immediately
  • Job Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC)

The Housing Services Office provides housing and referral services to military personnel and their families within the USAG Stuttgart area and a 60 km radius. Responsibilities include acquiring property listings, supporting house-hunting, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and assisting clients in person, via phone, and email.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Valid driving license
  • Must have base access
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Knowledge of German real estate practices and leasing (highly desirable)
