A technology venture builder is seeking a Technical Recruiter to focus on sourcing candidates for software developers and data scientists. This remote role requires fluency in English and Spanish, alongside strong recruiting skills. Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced environments and be adept with recruiting tools.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our recruiting efforts by finding and connecting with talented candidates for our technical roles. This position focuses on designing talent team outreach and advertising processes, and sourcing and building pipelines of software developers and data scientists to meet the growing needs of our team. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to create strategies to attract and hire qualified professionals in Latin America.
