Your mission

As Head of Services and Solutions Sales, you take the lead in developing and executing strategies that increase sales of our service and solution offers, including tool management and performance-based models. You work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and long-term value creation.

Your work spans the full sales cycle – from identifying new customers and presenting offers to negotiating pricing models and managing installations. You also monitor ongoing performance, ensuring customer value creation and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

Key elements of the role include
  • Driving sales of tool management services and advanced models such as pay-per-part.
  • Managing hardware and software installation projects and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Supporting production optimization and monitoring for performance-based agreements.

The position reports to the Vice President of Global Sales. Location is flexible, and international travel is part of the role.

Your profile

You have a strong background in industrial B2B sales management and a solid understanding of the metal-cutting tool market, including customer requirements and competitor dynamics. Experience selling service-based offers or similar solutions is essential, along with knowledge of modern sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management. Your experience is backed by a university degree in a relevant field.

To succeed, you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You’re comfortable negotiating with customers, managing complex projects, and leading change in a global context. Strong communication and influencing skills are key, as is the ability to work across cultures and functions. Experience in digital transformation and industrial innovation is a strong advantage.
