We’re now looking for a Head of B2C Marketing to lead our consumer marketing efforts across 7 dynamic markets: UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and Czech Republic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and purpose—and is excited to drive impact at scale in a fast-growing, multi-market tech business.

Your mission:

As Head of Partner Marketing, you will be part of our international, multidisciplinary Marketing community, focusing on the Cluster Center markets (DACH, PLCZ, and UK/IE). You will play an integral role in our mission to reduce food waste by driving shared partner marketing activities with our most impactful partners, engaging and motivating consumers to download and use the Too Good To Go app. You will collaborate closely with the Key Accounts team to build and strengthen relationships with our partners’ internal marketing teams, securing buy-in for co-branded campaigns and activations.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Cluster Center, you will be responsible for consumer-facing and internal shared marketing campaigns with our biggest Key Account partners such as Aldi, Spar, Migros, Coop, Biedronka, Zabka, Greggs, and for driving acquisition of new partners through B2B initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Create and own the strategy and delivery of partner marketing in Cluster Center to scale activations, drive demand, secure new business, and improve execution within existing accounts.
  2. Lead, coach, and develop the Partner Marketing team across Cluster Center markets, providing guidance on setting objectives, implementing strategies, and developing business plans.
  3. Deliver innovative shared B2B2C partner marketing campaigns that impact consumer demand KPIs, including New Paying Users and Meals Saved.
  4. Define and measure success of all Partner Marketing programs, ensuring ROI thresholds are met.
  5. Oversee planning and execution of a Partner Advocacy event to engage stakeholders from Partner Organizations with Too Good To Go’s goals.
  6. Manage the development and implementation of the company’s presence at industry events and conferences.
  7. Manage the partner marketing budget effectively.
  8. Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within partner marketing teams.
  9. Collaborate with Heads of Key Accounts and other teams to identify opportunities and prioritize activities for growth.
  10. Coordinate with global teams to maximize campaign success and share best practices.
  11. Adapt global tools for local opportunities and challenge markets to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in delivering integrated Partner Marketing campaigns at an international scale (B2B2C and B2B).
  • Experience in online marketplaces and tech industries.
  • Fluent in English and/or German, plus another Cluster Center language. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in pitching and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and developing international teams.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Hands-on strategic thinker willing to roll up sleeves for business impact.
  • Proven ability to establish partnerships and operate effectively in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in briefing and reviewing campaign assets.
  • Passion for sustainability and understanding of environmental urgency.
