Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre IT-Erfahrung, idealerweise im FMCG- oder ERP-Beratungsbereich.
• Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT/Digitalisierungsprojekten.
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands.

Overview

Jean&Len is seeking a HEAD OF IT (M/W/D) in Köln, Germany. The role builds and evolves IT strategy to prepare the company for the future.

Responsibilities

• IT-Strategie & Architektur – develop IT strategy and advance architecture, infrastructure, network, systems, and tools to a state-of-the-art level.
• Infrastruktur & Applikationen – oversee IT landscape, ensure stable operation and high-performing IT support.
• Digitale Transformation – develop modern structures and systems enabling efficient processes and scalability.
• ERP & Prozessoptimierung – drive planning, implementation and optimization of ERP processes (Business Central), including operational programming.
• Teamführung – lead a small IT team and collaborate with other business units to implement technical solutions.
• Managementrolle – represent IT topics in the management team and contribute to strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field; first experience in leading teams
• Several years IT experience, ideally FMCG or ERP consulting
• Solid knowledge of Business Central, plus software development know-how
• Experience in IT project management (rollouts, migrations)
• Strong knowledge of IT architectures, IT security, process optimization, data protection
• Experience leading IT/digitalization projects and implementing/operating ERP systems
• Leadership with strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, teamwork and execution
• Fluent German and very good English
• Willingness to travel within Germany occasionally

Desirable extras

• Qualifications in digital management, agile project management or change management
