We have some of the most complex data + complicated user workflows and need someone with experience and a fire under them to help design world class user experiences.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer who is fired up about building the product experience to transform how defense companies discover and win contracts. Our legacy competitors are clunky, user-hostile, and illegible—causing massive pain and costing companies millions. You'll help us build the antithesis.

You'll work directly with our CPO and engineers to design our full-stack web applications. This means flying out to customers, watching their screens intently, and designing and shipping with engineering that same day. You'll define not just how our product looks, but how it works and what experiences we create.

This isn't just shipping features—you're crafting the interface that makes AI accessible to an industry that thinks Excel is cutting-edge. You'll help rethink how defense contractors and governments interact in the modern era.
