For our Digital R&D, we are seeking a passionate, empathetic, and innovative Head of Delivery (f / d / m) - Cleaning & Robotics. This role involves playing an integral part in developing our digital products within the cleaning product line. The successful candidate will oversee the software development of several mid- to large-scale solutions and facilitate the setup of cross-divisional, cross-departmental teams for successful delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Own the complete delivery cycle of digital software products—from planning to market launch—within the cleaning product line.
2. Define product visions and roadmaps; lead agile execution through coordinated backlogs.
3. Ensure transparency, clear communication, and effective reporting to senior management.
4. Drive product development focusing on data, functionality, content quality, and system compatibility.
5. Align cross-functional teams and external partners to meet strategic goals.
6. Plan and manage product budgets, ensuring cost-efficient delivery and business impact.

Requirements

1. Proven experience leading complex digital product development projects or programs.
2. Strong leadership skills in managing and empowering cross-functional, agile teams.
3. Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
4. Hands-on experience in identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and priorities.
5. Competence in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
6. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and relevant industry standards.
7. Experience working with external partners and enhancing digital/software offerings.
8. Professional experience is valued more than formal education; a technical background is a plus.
9. Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
