How you contribute

Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across the entire customer journey, from generating leads and re-engaging prospects to up-selling, cross-selling, and turning customers into brand advocates.

Optimize automated and ad-hoc customer campaigns, continuously testing and refining tactics to improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), repurchase rates, and referrals.

Align CRM campaigns with business goals, reducing discount dependence and enhancing product expertise through relevant, targeted, and timely communications.

Lead and mentor the CRM team, fostering collaboration, driving performance, and supporting professional growth to meet team and individual targets.

Analyze customer data to gain insights into behaviors and preferences, adjusting strategies to improve engagement in collaboration with data teams.

Improve internal and external interfaces, ensuring smooth coordination between departments (marketing, retail, data) and external partners.

What you bring

Extensive CRM experience, ideally within e-commerce / omni-channel environments, with several years of leadership experience.

Proven ability to develop profitable CRM strategies and programs that meet performance and revenue goals.

Track record of building or optimizing campaigns with educational and inspirational content.

Expertise in optimizing email campaigns following successful lead generation.

Strong experience with marketing automation software for both online (preferably Emarsys) and offline campaigns.

Customer-centric, data-driven, and agile mindset with deep knowledge of CRM analytics, KPIs, and technical infrastructure.

High energy, creativity, and a drive to innovate while staying on top of CRM trends and tactics.

Strong leadership skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Fluent in English and German (C1 / C2 level).
