Head of Cabin Interiors Engineering (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring a team of senior managers and assigned staff, fostering collaboration and communication, and development
  • Defining departmental vision, scope, objectives, and milestones, and aligning them with the overall engineering and business strategy
  • Overseeing the allocation and management of resources (budgets, personnel, etc.) for various projects and tasks
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to improve engineering methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Tracking performance, analyzing metrics, and providing correcting actions and regular updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop medium to large teams
  • Experience with various cabin and interior engineering areas and principles
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and effectively resolve complex issues
  • Understanding of financial principles and ability to manage project budgets
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders on all levels
