About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Head of Analytics & RevOps to build Luro Health’s financial and operational intelligence. You will be the company’s central hub for modeling revenue, forecasting staffing and capacity, translating operational data into clear insights, and producing accurate invoices for partner health centers. This is an execution-first leadership role that blends rigorous modeling with cross-functional partnership. The role reports to the VP of Strategy & Operations.

What You’ll Do

The Head of Analytics & RevOps builds the financial and operational intelligence engine that powers Luro’s growth; owns revenue and margin models, capacity and staffing forecasts, and accurate invoicing for partner health centers; designs KPI frameworks and dashboards across patient volume, provider productivity, retention, and program outcomes; translates raw operational data into clear insights and scenarios for executives and the board; partners with Clinical, Operations, Product, and Finance to align analytics with priorities and improve throughput; implements reliable data inputs, QA, and reporting cadences; supports collections and variance analyses to ensure accuracy, accountability, and cash flow.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years in analytics, finance, or revenue operations (digital health, SaaS, or start-up preferred)
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets and strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies for executives and boards
  • Cross-functional collaborator with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable independently building and maintaining models with minimal oversight
  • Experience in health tech/telehealth or SaaS business models and RevOps
  • Familiarity with reporting/BI tools
  • Understanding of healthcare data flows (EHR, claims, payer) and HIPAA-compliant practices

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: Competitive salary ($140,000 – $165,000) + equity, commensurate with experience
