Are you passionate about developing and implementing comprehensive quality strategy aligned with the organization's vision and business goals of Electrification and Automation (EA)? Join our team and play a key role in bringing value to our customers by adapting to the modern software engineering practices. You drive AI integration and enable data driven decisions across all phases of the development.

You’ll make an impact by

• You lead our Quality Management R&D teams for the EA portfolio, including software, SaaS, primary equipment, and electronics, and empower global teams to ensure the highest standards in our projects.
• You are responsible for the implementation of a robust risk management and strong governance mechanisms for digital and hardware offerings and ensure its mitigation.
• You foster a lean and agile approach and systematically build value for customers by adapting to modern software engineering practices.
• You drive AI integration into software engineering and to enable data‑driven decisions across all phases of development.
• You and your teams establish, implement and conduct regular quality checks by complying with EA processes, standards and policies (ISO, industry‑specific regulations).
• You implement lessons learned early in development activities together with the Project Manager and leverage Gen AI and automation for predictive quality analytics.
• You lead continuous improvement initiatives and identify and handle risks during the development phase related to software, hardware and process quality.
• You have several years of leadership experience and the ability to coach and mentor your teams.
• You have many years of experience in quality and driving risk mitigation in software and electronic development.
• You have expertise in the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle with dependencies on hardware and firmware development and release processes, and know how to implement lean and agile values, principles, and methodologies in the process.
• You are familiar with standards and regulatory acts such as ISO9001, ISO27001, IEC 62443, Cybersecurity Resilient Act, and others relevant to E2E Product Lifecycle Management (e.g., ISO42001, ISO14001, and ISO45001).
• You are familiar with quality tools (APQP, 8D, RCA, FMEA, Agile, Scrum), code checker tools (SonarQube, Coverity), code repositories, GenAI in software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and requirement engineering.
• You have a master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent and you are proficient in German and English.
