Duties

• The Expert Panel at CareNine provides specialized consultation and support to program members, ensuring evidence‑based guidance throughout maternity and parenthood. Experts collaborate with case managers to deliver high‑quality care, addressing medical, emotional, nutritional, and physical wellness needs. Beyond consultations, experts play a key role in providing empathetic, personalized knowledge that goes beyond general information available online, ensuring a holistic and supportive approach. Roles & Responsibilities: ✅ Conduct teleconsultations and expert guidance for enrolled members. ✅ Provide personalized counseling based on the member’s pregnancy/post‑natal stage and medical needs. ✅ Collaborate with case managers to ensure smooth scheduling and follow‑ups. ✅ Address high‑risk cases and elevate concerns to the program team when necessary. ✅ Maintain detailed consultation notes and adhere to confidentiality policies. ✅ Participate in review meetings to enhance service quality and optimize engagement. ✅ Contribute to content creation (articles, FAQs, webinars) to educate members on maternity and postnatal care. ✅ Stay updated on the latest medical and wellness research to offer evidence‑based recommendations. ✅ Assist in developing medical materials and resources for the CareNine portal to support users with exclusive, well‑researched, and practical content.
