About the role. You will :
- Be part of a consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
- Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test solutions.
- Work closely with software developers and IT architects daily.
- Actively participate in Agile teams, taking ownership of your topics.
- Experience various roles and tasks in an international environment to broaden your skills.
About the requirements. You need :
- Practical experience in Guidewire systems implementation or maintenance as a business analyst, system analyst, or tester.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex problems.
- Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to present your work results.
- Professional interaction with external clients from the financial sector.
- Quick learning ability in a friendly yet challenging international environment.
- Enjoy teamwork with experts from diverse backgrounds.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Germany and the European Union.
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- Excellent command of English and German, confident in collaborating with native speakers.
About the wishes. Nice to haves :
- Familiarity with insurance business processes.
- Experience in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT companies, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
- Leadership skills and management experience.
- Additional language skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client work, based in Cologne but working with international clients.
