About the role. You will :
  • Be part of a consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
  • Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test solutions.
  • Work closely with software developers and IT architects daily.
  • Actively participate in Agile teams, taking ownership of your topics.
  • Experience various roles and tasks in an international environment to broaden your skills.
About the requirements. You need :
  • Practical experience in Guidewire systems implementation or maintenance as a business analyst, system analyst, or tester.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex problems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to present your work results.
  • Professional interaction with external clients from the financial sector.
  • Quick learning ability in a friendly yet challenging international environment.
  • Enjoy teamwork with experts from diverse backgrounds.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Germany and the European Union.
  • At least a bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent command of English and German, confident in collaborating with native speakers.
About the wishes. Nice to haves :
  • Familiarity with insurance business processes.
  • Experience in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT companies, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
  • Leadership skills and management experience.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client work, based in Cologne but working with international clients.
