We are looking for a skilled Global HR Legal Specialist to strengthen our team in a dynamic, international corporate environment. The candidate will be dedicated to the role on a part-time basis, 80%.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing labour law strategies, contractual standards and implement legal procedures and processes in close exchange with the Global Head of HR while considering local and global regulations.
- Advising the company on labour law (including social security, individual tax and immigration) matters in an international setting, liaising with external law firms and company auditors.
- Supporting contract negotiations and providing legal guidance on restructuring initiatives.
- Representing the company in labour law disputes and collaborating with external law firms.
- Training and supporting internal stakeholders on labour law regulations.
- Business travel will constitute approximately 20% of the role.
Education and Experience
- Completed law degree with a specialization in labour law.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international corporation.
- In-depth knowledge of national (German) and international labour law.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, advisory competence, and solution-oriented thinking.
