At Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, we are seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist for one of our clients, a fast-growing international consumer brand seeking an experienced professional to lead and shape its global Compensation & Benefits strategy. This highly visible role has significant impact across the global HR organization and involves close collaboration with HR Business Partners and senior leaders across Europe, the Americas, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage global compensation frameworks, policies, and processes across multiple regions
  • Lead benchmarking, market analyses, and annual salary review cycles
  • Advise HRBPs and leaders on pay decisions, promotions, and internal equity assessments
  • Oversee global and local benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of incentive and recognition programs
  • Provide data, reporting, and insights to senior leadership on compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance guidelines
  • Support HR transformation projects, including job leveling and career pathing
  • Partner with the Culture team to promote transparency and understanding of reward programs
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards (preferably in a multinational environment)
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with surveys, market data, HRIS, and Excel
  • Good knowledge of job evaluation, leveling, and benchmarking methodologies
  • Experience with multi-country benefits programs is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to balance fairness with business needs
  • Pragmatic, hands‑on attitude with a global perspective
  • Clear communication skills, able to simplify complex reward concepts
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
