Responsibilities:

As Global Business Segments Director, you will play a key strategic leadership role, shaping and executing global business strategies across our business segments.

• Lead and inspire a global team of Business Segments Managers, Business Development Managers, Global Application Engineers and Technical Experts to achieve ambitious division targets

• Develop and drive concrete global business development initiatives within the business segments, focusing on specific applications and components

• Identify and further enhance best‑in‑class solutions where CERATIZIT holds a strong competitive position, turning them into sustainable and profitable business opportunities

• Actively participate in contract negotiations with global customers, representing the company at senior level

• Build strong partnerships with the Sales Organizations and collaborate closely with Global Product Management, Production, Marketing and R&D to ensure aligned and successful execution across the value chain

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering, combined with extensive experience in roles that bridge technical expertise and commercial or sales responsibilities

• Proven track record in leading and developing cross‑functional and international teams

• Strong intercultural competence, enabling effective collaboration in a complex global environment across all organizational levels

• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and a hands‑on, can‑do attitude

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time to work closely with sales teams, global customers, machine tool builders and other key partners
