As a Sales Consultant (m / f / d) – Lead Development, you will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses. You will engage with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn, laying the foundation for long-term business relationships.

Your Responsibilities
  • Proactively contacting potential customers and partners to generate interest and create new business opportunities using outbound channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Generating, qualifying, and converting leads by assessing customer needs, buying triggers, and readiness to purchase
  • Conducting targeted research on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to identify company profiles, key decision-makers, technological requirements, and suitability for our products
  • Leveraging your product knowledge and understanding of digital solutions to identify additional needs, clearly communicate value propositions, and tailor messaging for small businesses
  • Carrying out proactive outbound activities to build a pipeline within SME and “unattended” customer segments, including acquisition and win-back campaigns
  • Independently closing smaller sales opportunities for SMEs and ensuring proper handover of qualified opportunities to support faster sales cycles when required
  • Maintaining high CRM discipline by accurately documenting all customer interactions, opportunity stages, and follow-up actions in Salesforce or similar systems
Your Profile
  • Have very good written and spoken German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2)
  • Work independently, are well-organized, reliable, and able to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Are a strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset who engages customers professionally and confidently
  • Enjoy sales and apply your persuasion skills in a polite and customer-focused manner
  • Possess technical aptitude and are able to present products and solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Are confident working with databases and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft)
  • Are motivated to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
Ideally, you also have :
  • Previous experience in B2B customer service or in supporting small and medium-sized businesses
  • Initial exposure to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud solutions, or helpdesk systems
