We are looking for German Junior Social Media Content Moderators to start their career in Digital Marketing and Online Advertising.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide B2B support to small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email, and phone
2. Consult B2B clients on optimization procedures for their advertising base in the online and digital advertising domain
3. Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
4. Offer recommendations for common B2B problems or frequently asked questions
5. Maintain and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
6. Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
7. Provide customer insights and feedback from our B2B clients to engineering

Requirements

• Native or proficient level of German (C2)
• Advanced level of English, both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
• Desire to learn and advance; be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Experience with online advertising products and social media is a plus
• Must hold EU citizenship
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
• Competitive salary: 1,300€ gross (excluding house), or 1,000€ gross (including house and expenses)
