Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new end-to-end features for the LeadTable SaaS (frontend & backend)
- Design, build & integrate REST APIs; optimise existing services for performance & scalability
- Ensure high code quality through testing, debugging & code reviews
- Model, maintain & tune MongoDB databases
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design & fellow devs in an agile, fast-moving environment
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and cloud deployment pipelines
- Share knowledge and drive continuous improvement within the team
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
- 2–3+ years professional experience in full-stack web development
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Proficiency with Vue or React, Node.js/Express & MongoDB
- Native-level German communication (C1/C2)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Tailwind CSS
- Experience with the full MEVN stack
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure & CI/CD
