NOCA is a young company from Berlin, revolutionising the way data is structured, managed, and shared along global supply chains. With our solution, we aim to make data management more efficient, resilient, and digital, laying the groundwork for circular supply chains of the future.

We are starting in the cycling industry, driven by our passion for cycling, a desire to facilitate sustainable urban mobility, and recognizing great potential in the market. We are seeking an experienced industry professional to join our team and help embed our solution in the market.

Tasks

We are looking for an experienced team member for our software development team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Development: Creating sophisticated frontend solutions and user interfaces, and supporting our backend team.
• AI: Improving our current NOCA AI and identifying new AI use cases for implementation.
• Integration: Incorporating new features into our existing architecture and setting new standards for our infrastructure.
• Quality assurance: Ensuring software quality through practices like unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to clean code principles.

Requirements

• At least 1+ year of experience in developing B2B software.
• A solution-oriented and process-oriented mindset.
• Solid experience with:
• Angular & TypeScript
• .NET & Python
• SQL and relational databases
• Good understanding of UI/UX best practices for creating clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core and ORMs.
• Understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Knowledge of version control (Git), code reviews, and platforms like GitLab.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and cross-platform environments.
• Ability to work well in small teams (<4 people) and ideally startup experience.
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently to develop solutions.
• Keen interest in AI use cases, manufacturing, bicycles, and micromobility.
• Experience with supply chain, master data management, or PIM systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with common business software (Microsoft, Google, Notion).
• Good communication skills in English; German is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Angular state management libraries like NgRx, NGXS, or Akita.
• Familiarity with background job processing tools like Hangfire.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
