You’re passionate about events, but your superpower lies in destination / venue sourcing and logistics. You know how to dig deep, get creative, and deliver proposals that impress. You understand the RFP process inside and out—from dissecting a brief to submitting a spot‑on response, and you can wow clients with creative venue options and solid execution. You’re a detail‑lover, a multitasker, a deadline‑hitter. You can juggle priorities like a pro and collaborate like a dream.

What you’ll be doing

• Join client / internal briefings to understand goals and expectations
• Own the end-to-end venue sourcing process, from research to pitch
• Lead and manage venue RFPs : requirements, communication, comparison
• Create creative, tailored proposals with clear budgets and storytelling
• Negotiate with suppliers and present solutions internally and externally

Must haves

• 3-5 years in venue / destination sourcing for corporate events in Germany
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Strong RFP experience, from creation to response and follow-up
• Confident in proposal writing, client‑facing work, and budget handling
• Knowledge of EU venues and supplier network, especially in Germany
• Solid negotiation and problem‑solving skills

Nice to haves

• Fluency in other languages (in addition to German & English)
• Background in pharma or healthcare events is a strong asset
