Your role

Right Hand to the Founder. Future Finance Leader.

You’ll work directly with Ovom’s CEO across strategic, financial, and operational topics — and grow into a finance leadership role as the company matures.

It’s an execution-first, impact-loaded seat at the table during one of the most dynamic phases of company building - from seed toward series A and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Operations: Oversee cashflow, runway, investor reporting, and budget models
• Fundraising: Support investor materials, financial forecasts, and capital strategy
• Strategic Projects: Tackle M&A, international expansion, pricing, new business models
• Company Building: Help shape how the company is run and grows — from KPI tracking to building sustainable internal systems.
• Problem-Solving Partner: Work side-by-side with Chief of Staff and CEO on putting out fires
