To support this growth, the business is hiring a (Junior) Finance & Controlling Specialist to join its Munich-based team (hybrid setup). This is a great opportunity for an analytically strong finance professional to take ownership early, work closely with operations, and help shape the financial foundations of a purpose-driven healthcare platform.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for controlling one or two medical practice clusters within the group. You’ll prepare regular financial and KPI reports, support strategic decision-making through ad-hoc analyses, and work hand-in-hand with Operations to identify levers for growth and profitability. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of finance processes and tools in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own controlling for 1–2 practice clusters, acting as a finance partner to operations
• Prepare monthly financial and KPI reports and discuss performance with stakeholders
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
• Identify growth and profitability improvement opportunities together with Operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and the continuous improvement of finance processes and tools

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance from a strong academic background
• 1+ years of experience in a dynamic environment, with initial exposure to finance or controlling
• Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in financial topics
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across functions
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent Excel skills; basic knowledge of LucaNet is a plus
