A luxury retail company in Germany is seeking a Field Trainer to develop retail teams through training and coaching. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality, with strong presentation and communication skills in both English and German. Responsibilities include facilitating onboarding, conducting training workshops, and supporting in-store coaching. This role requires a motivated individual who is flexible and can effectively engage diverse teams.
Reporting to the Omnichannel Training Manager EMEA and being part of the OMNI Training team, our Field Trainer key focus will be the Central Europe retail network, developing the retail teams through induction, training and coaching on the floor, contributing to business growth and meeting the needs of the Area, country and stores.
