The Lead Service Engineer represents the quality of all HMH products, providing technical assistance to clients and perform/oversee field installations and repairs.
Job Responsibilities
- Performing installations, commissioning, and overhauls (onshore and offshore)
- Monitoring system functionality during ongoing operations at customer sites (national and international)
- Recording, documenting, and evaluating technical issues and damage cases
- Advising customers on spare parts, equipment improvements, and service offerings
- Providing technical support to customers and the sales team
- Leading a service team on larger projects
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical field service or as a service technician
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in hydraulics and mechanics
- Confident handling of technical drawings and documentation Excellent English skills (spoken and written), good German skills
- Experience with SAP and MS Office
