An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer specializing in flow cytometry instruments. The company is a global leading manufacturer of flow cytometry instruments and technology. Their products are used by scientists across the world in pharmaceutical, CRO, cancer research institutions, and academic research institutions.
The Position:
You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of flow cytometry instruments in Germany.
Supporting a range of cell analyzer and cell sorter instrumentation and associated software.
Providing technical support to customers in the pharmaceutical, academic, CRO, and clinical markets.
The position is home-based in East Germany, with up to 75% travel to customer sites in Germany, and the rest of the time at the home office.
Working closely with three other Field Service Engineers located in Germany.
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or engineering field such as Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or Biology.
Experience in maintaining and repairing technical equipment.
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within Germany, with remaining time working from the home office.
