What will you do?

• Be responsible for extending the Deal Advisory Service reinforcing the execution team;
• Be involved in fair valuation assignments across the main asset classes (e.g. private equity, real estate and private debts);
• Be involved in intangible valuations and purchase price allocation exercises across several sectors and industries;
• Be involved in M&A transactions;
• Be involved in preparing and reviewing business financials models;
• Work on transaction supports (buy side and sell side due diligences).

• You hold a master’s degree in business administration and economics, ideally with a Corporate Finance specialization;
• You have between 3 to 5 years of significant experience in Deal Advisory Services (valuation, M&A, transaction support);
• You aim to continue learning;
• You aim to be a well‑rounded Deal Advisory professional;
• You are proactive, involved, highly motivated and take responsibility for your own work;
• You got strong analytical and communication skills;
• You speak English. French and German are a plus, any other additional European language will be considered an asset;
