We’re looking for a sharp, research-driven BDR to help us grow our pipeline and presence across pharma, aerospace, logistics, and more.

This isn’t a spray-and-pray role. You’ll go deep into accounts, write human outreach, and work closely with AEs to drive high-quality opportunities.

Only candidates located in Berlin area will be considered

Responsibilities
  • Research and prioritize accounts based on real operational triggers
  • Write and send personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers in ops, QA, compliance, and logistics
  • Support event strategy — help drive meetings before, during, and after industry shows
  • Collaborate with AEs to build targeted campaigns and iterate messaging
  • Keep CRM clean and current with notes, activity, and account context
  • Learn the product and industry well enough to speak the customer's language
Requirements
  • 1–3 years experience in a BDR / SDR or outbound-heavy role - ideally within the transport and logistics and / or SaaS verticals
  • Strong writer — clear, smart, conversational
  • Curious and confident asking questions or digging into a process
  • Comfortable navigating complex orgs and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Based in Berlin and comfortable in potential travel 15% of the time
