Tasks
- Coordination and supervision of maintenance activities related to building structure, fire protection and safety systems
- External contractor management: selection, commissioning, instruction and monitoring of service providers
- Creation and maintenance of inspection, maintenance and testing schedules
- Scheduling and supervision of expert inspections and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Technical review of offers, invoice approval and communication with suppliers
- Support in the digitalisation of building documentation
- Participation in audits, monitoring of defined KPIs and providing advice to relevant departments
- Collaboration on new construction and renovation projects as well as responsibility for maintenance-related initiatives
Requirements
- Completed degree in industrial or civil engineering, or certified technician / master craftsman in facility management or construction technology
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance and project management
- In-depth knowledge of technical building equipment, building envelope (roof and structure), structural fire protection, as well as fire alarm and safety systems
- Proven experience in managing external service providers, project and construction management including final acceptance, and confident handling of applicable standards (DIN / VDE / VDS)
- Knowledge of crane systems is desirable
- Valid class B/3 driving licence required
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace
- German fluent (min. C1), English proficient (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
