Job Description:

This is Fully Remote Job (working from home contract) within EMEA.

Role Summary:

The EMA VACUUM Business Development Manager is a newly created position to lead the penetration of new markets, applications, and customers. It is a “Hunter” role vital for driving Flowserve's Medium-High & Rough Vacuum success across the broad EMA region.

Reporting to the Global Vacuum Business Development Leader, this role suits a highly energetic sales-driver with a good understanding of Industrial Vacuum solutions and applications.

This manager will be responsible for strategic market entry, key-account development, line-expansion strategies, and collaboration on product development and acquisition opportunities. The goal is to position Flowserve as a leading Vacuum Brand in the region.

Work location is flexible; the manager can work from any EMA Flowserve facility.

Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market, Analysis, Targeting, and Entry: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Collaborate to align with target markets and develop direct targeting approaches.
  • Strategy Development and Deployment: Develop regional market entry and growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
  • Account Management: Build relationships with key accounts, develop account plans, and monitor performance.
  • Product and Service Portfolio Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with regional needs and participate in product launches.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Develop regional value propositions, provide market insights, and identify key events and educational needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on market penetration, trends, and account performance to refine strategies.
