Role Summary:
The EMA VACUUM Business Development Manager is a newly created position to lead the penetration of new markets, applications, and customers. It is a “Hunter” role vital for driving Flowserve's Medium-High & Rough Vacuum success across the broad EMA region.
Reporting to the Global Vacuum Business Development Leader, this role suits a highly energetic sales-driver with a good understanding of Industrial Vacuum solutions and applications.
This manager will be responsible for strategic market entry, key-account development, line-expansion strategies, and collaboration on product development and acquisition opportunities. The goal is to position Flowserve as a leading Vacuum Brand in the region.
Work location is flexible; the manager can work from any EMA Flowserve facility.
