We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Trading Executive to manage the private label Amazon account – covering inventory management, packaging improvements, and range expansion. This role would support the acceleration of one of the key areas of growth for Edgewell Customised Business within the fast-growing ecommerce channel.

What you’ll do
  • Manage and grow Amazon private label accounts, acting as the main point of contact for assigned retail partner.
  • Manage product availability and fulfilment of incoming orders, closely cooperating with the retailer and internal stakeholders (customer service, production planners, material planners, demand planner).
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional planning as required.
  • Support the NPD specification, development, and lifecycle management of private label range products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for both private label and branded ranges.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product launches and account support.
  • Reporting on results and recommending optimizations to drive further success.
  • Supporting Trading Manager in day-to-day select operational tasks.
  • Supporting strategy build for ECB.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, product development stages, and customer communication.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or product development within private label
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with an understanding of product specifications and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and data reporting tools
