Responsibilities:

1. On-the-job training combined with classroom education will give you a head start in gaining valuable work experience as well as earning a degree at the end of the apprenticeship.

2. Initially, you will undertake a 1-month internship. The program lasts 3 years, including time spent in our international offices.

3. The Business Administration and Engineering degree course is interdisciplinary, covering engineering and business administration skills through three specialized courses.

4. Induction week to meet your fellow students.

5. Experience in our international offices.

6. Workshops to develop personal qualities and leadership skills.

7. Language and IT training.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent / university entrance qualification (readiness-to-study test).

2. Good grades in core subjects, especially math and natural sciences.

3. Interest in business and technical topics.

4. Good communication skills, team player, eager to learn.
