Reporting directly to our Division Finance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring costs related to global functions and ensuring proper documentation for cross‑charges and cost allocations within the division. This role has direct exposure to senior leadership with the opportunity to coordinate key processes. What you will be doing:

• Track and analyze costs for HQ and other global functions or projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and actual cost analysis.
• Deliver regular reporting on budget vs. actual performance, identifying variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and review monthly postings to ensure HQ costs are booked to the correct cost centers, and GL account.
• Maintain and improve a cost approval process for all HQ expenditures that is compliant with internal control requirements and corporate governance policies (e.g. levels of authority).
• Validate shared service recharge calculations, allocations, and intercompany billings and ensure the proper documentation is maintained in line with internal policies.
• Prepare the Division HQ cost allocations for operating entities and maintain supporting documentation.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance transparency, efficiency, and compliance.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in finance, economics, or another relevant field.
• Previous work experience in a finance function including experience in groupision reporting as well as budgeting/forecasting.
• A proactive, structured, and process‑oriented approach combined with a strong analytical and problem‑solving mentality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and work with intercultural and cross‑functional teams.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Fluency in English.
