As Director, Marketing & Advertising Services - DACH (Germany, Austria Switzerland) you will design, implement, and scale Ticketmaster's client and fan marketing service offering across the region. You will report directly to the Managing Director, Germany. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for B2C growth, defining the B2B Marketing services offering and cross-country marketing operations, ensuring top line KPI growth and integration of marketing into our broader commercial and sales strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, as well as the London-based central marketing organization at Ticketmaster. The successful candidate will be the face of marketing at Ticketmaster in front of prospects and existing customers in DACH. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational execution, and strong client‑facing experience.
