What you can expect

You identify, project, and assess historical and future financial impacts while mastering the complexity of a global TechOps organization and linking to group financials.

You oversee the Budget, Forecast, and Outlook process for TechOps and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

You lead profitability analysis, derive actionable insights, and drive measures to improve COGS/Cost across the organization.

You drive and steer profitability initiatives such as Complexity Reduction, Cost Control, and efficiency programs on senior and global level.

You act as sparring partner for the Global CFO TechOps and support communication of financial topics to senior management and the Board.

You collaborate closely with TechOps Leadership and Finance Leadership (Global and Local), acting as a link and trusted business partner.

You lead and develop the FP&A TechOps Team, challenge the status quo through process automation and tool enhancement, and act as Global Process Owner for COGS Calculation.

You play a crucial role in high-exposure projects such as M&A activities, S4 Hana implementation, and rebuilding management reporting

Who we are looking for

You hold a Master’s degree in economics with focus on finance, controlling, accounting or a comparable qualification.

You bring at least 8 years of experience in FP&A/Controlling in a multinational company and/or (Strategy) Consulting/Accounting firm.

You ideally have experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consumer Goods and exposure to a high-paced environment.

You are experienced in interacting with top management in demanding settings and communicating effectively at senior level.

You have a strong business partnering mentality with the maturity to balance facilitation and challenging the business.

You work with an open, transparent, and team-oriented mindset combined with a strong work ethic and positive “can-do” attitude.

You are result- and solution-oriented and possess solid IT/finance skills including MS Office, SAP, and preferably PowerBI and Alteryx.

You are fluent in English and comfortable operating in an international and multicultural environment.
