Are you ready to drive the future of PALFINGER’s global Aftersales strategy? In this key role, you will lead a team of Aftersales Business Developers to identify growth opportunities, support our worldwide Dealer and Service Partner network, and deliver measurable results. With a focus on increasing spare parts turnover and enhancing Aftersales revenue, you will implement strategic initiatives and ensure performance through clear KPIs, all in close collaboration with the VP Global After Sales. Your responsibilities
  • Develop and guide the team to challenge partners’ parts businesses through market analysis, identifying revenue potential, and using KPIs to drive growth and continuous improvement
  • Lead and coach the Aftersales Business Development team by setting objectives, prioritizing projects, and fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Collaborate with the Global Aftersales Leadership team to co-develop and support the implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Oversee the rollout of service products and tools globally, ensuring market readiness through collaboration with product development and regional teams
  • Build a strong global network of sales ambassadors within the PALFINGER Sales & Service Network to enhance sales of spare parts, Aftersales products, and services
Your qualifications
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Many years in global aftersales business development, managing complex cross-functional environments with proven results
  • Strong organization, project management, time management, and data-driven problem-solving
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and a customer-centric mindset
  • Fluent German and English skills; willingness to travel globally

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.432,36 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
