Director Finance/Controlling Thermo (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Developing and implementing the finance and controlling strategy, in line with the business unit strategy, the FC strategy of BA Electrification, and Group guidelines
• Promoting growth, efficiency, and transformation of the organization from a financial perspective
• Ensuring effective and sustainable financial management of the organization
• Ensuring that global financial targets are achieved and initiating corrective measures in case of deviations (including adjusting strategies, responsibilities, and measures)
• Introducing and further developing robust key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance reviews based on data-driven analyses
• Promoting a positive team culture, strengthening leadership skills, and building a trusting, appreciative relationship towards employees

• Initial professional experience in finance and controlling management in the automotive industry or in the aftermarket and specialty OEM business
