As part of a multi-year digital transformation, our client is modernizing their global ERP landscape and implementing next-generation S / 4HANA solutions to strengthen their end-to-end supply chain and business processes.

They are now seeking a Director of ERP Program Management to play a pivotal role in driving this strategic transformation. In this role, you will lead complex, global SAP programs leveraging S / 4HANA, SAP BTP, MDG, GTS, Ariba, and other cutting‑edge technologies to shape the future of the company’s operating model.

You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial Operations to design, implement, and scale best‑in‑class ERP solutions. With a strong foundation in SAP Activate and Agile methodologies, you will guide multidisciplinary teams through large‑scale transformations, ensuring seamless integration, solution readiness, and measurable business impact.

Main Responsabilities :

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a global ERP transformation program, spanning S / 4HANA and integrated SAP solutions (SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, EWM, MDG, GTS, Ariba, Concur, and more).
• Drive business transformation initiatives across key processes such as Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, Purchase to Pay, and Forecast to Plan.
• Establish and execute program governance, ensuring alignment with business strategy, transformation goals, and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Apply SAP Activate, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies to manage complex, multi‑regional programs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and external partners, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Conduct program reviews, status meetings, and steering committees, communicating progress and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
• Enable organizational change by promoting effective communication, training, adoption strategies, and process harmonization across global teams.

Core skills / experience

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 10+ years of experience in SAP project management methods and SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
• You demonstrate excellent management, particularly in business transformation programs.
• You possess knowledge and experience in leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• key processes such as Order to Cash, Forecast to Plan. You possess strong stakeholder management skills. Plan to Produce, and Purchase to Pay.
• You are experienced in SAP S / 4HANA modules, including SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, EHS, EWM, and systems like GTS, MDG, GRC, Ariba, and Concur.
• You have proven expertise in general project management methods and SAP Activate and Agile methodologies, as well you have a strong understanding of SAP BTP, MDG, and GTS.
• You demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
