What your day will look like

Customer Value Ownership: Lead engagements with enterprise construction clients, ensuring business value creation through AI-powered insights and solutions.
Problem Framing: Translate ambiguous customer questions into structured, solvable problems in close collaboration with clients and internal experts.
Solution Oversight: Guide the design and delivery of high-impact AI applications and data-driven assessments, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and usability.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team (e.g., AI engineers, data scientists, implementation consultants).
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders, fostering trust and strategic alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Strategic Direction: Shape and refine the long-term vision of this new business unit, aligning operational capabilities with customer pain points and emerging market needs.

What you need to fulfill the role

Professional Background: 5–10 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, digital strategy, or innovation leadership; experience in construction or infrastructure sectors is a strong plus.
Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in customer-facing settings.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise dynamics, value drivers, and the ability to identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
AI/Data Fluency: Comfortable working with AI tools, data analytics workflows, and translating technical output into business value.
Communication: Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with senior stakeholders and technical teams alike. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
Problem Solving: Highly analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
