For our Business Unit Cereals at KWS Lochow GmbH, we are looking for a Digital Farming Solutions Manager (m/f/d) for the location in Einbeck at the earliest possible date.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for driving our digital tool portfolio for the Business Unit Cereals by developing and implementing digital farming solutions that deliver added value to farmers.

This interesting position is permanent and full-time.

These will be your key tasks and areas of responsibility:

  • You develop the digital tool strategy for the Business Unit Cereals crops (e.g. Cereals, Oilseedrape, Catch Crops) in alignment with the overall strategy.
  • You steer the digital tool lifecycle – from ideation and evaluation to implementation across several functions (e.g. product management, sales, digital farming- and IT experts).
  • You identify new digital tool opportunities delivering added value for farmers.
  • You optimize and expand the existing digital tool portfolio.
  • You develop country roadmaps and lead the roll-out.
  • You develop and implement tool relevant marketing campaigns.
  • You analyze and track the performance and effectiveness of digital tools and marketing product campaigns to measure product success.
  • You monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in agricultural sciences or with digital/technology focus.
  • Experience in digital product management, ideally in agriculture or agtech.
  • Knowledge of agriculture and digital farming solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent project management experience in international contexts, with the ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries.
  • Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented work style with high initiative and drive.
  • Open and persuasive personality with excellent stakeholder management & communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally (up to 10%).
  • Analytical skills combined with ability to design and implement new solutions and turn strategy into actions.
