In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as Digital Business Support - Cash Management Technical officer (all genders) at BNP Paribas Wealth Management.

This open position is within the Digital Business Support team, that is directly under the responsibility of the WM Germany Chief Operating Officer.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of all possible IT system related queries, and liaising with respective teams to ensure excellent quality of execution
  • Ensuring any IT issues will be managed and communicated proactively to minimize client impact and increase client satisfaction
  • Being the natural point of contact for Relationship Managers and offering teams linked to digital solutions & IT queries
  • Being a Product Specialist of Global EBICS - Internal and external customer support, testing and implementation support, Monitoring & management of EBICS transactions of daily operations
  • Proactive & strong communication within the team and with stakeholders
Expertise & Soft Skills
  • University Degree from a Business or Finance institution or apprenticeship in business IT or comparable areas
  • Experience in electronic banking, payments / reporting or cash management area is beneficial
  • Proven track record of strong service delivery skills to internal and external partners
  • Experience in direct client interaction, hotline support or other operational activities preferred
  • Full professional fluency in English and German
